“全國(guó)碳交易能力建設(shè)培訓(xùn)中心在線學(xué)習(xí)平臺(tái)”共提供5大類、100余個(gè)碳市場(chǎng)能力建設(shè)相關(guān)教學(xué)視頻，支持PC和移動(dòng)端的高穩(wěn)定性在線、離線訪問，提供高互動(dòng)、高分享性的學(xué)習(xí)體驗(yàn)，并配合“能力建設(shè)在線考核評(píng)價(jià)體系”，建成全周期跟進(jìn)式的學(xué)習(xí)管理系統(tǒng)（LMS），實(shí)現(xiàn)能力建設(shè)的全流程信息化服務(wù)和管理。

The Online Studying Platform of National Carbon Trading Capacity Building Center provides more than 100 teaching videos in 5 categories on carbon market capacity-building. Stable online or offline visits with PC or mobile ends are insured, and high interactivities for sharing studying experiences are offered. With the help of “online evaluation system of capacity building”, all-round Learning Management System (LMS) will be established and informational service and management of capacity-building will be achieved.
